April 18th, the 5th session of Lushan Forum was held at the moot court in Hunan University of Commerce (HNUC). Supreme People’s Court vice president Jiang Bixin was invited and gave a talk on the topic of “ how to better govern the country by law”.  

　　Professor Jiang first shared his insights on the ongoing judicial reform and suggested that reforms must based on fundamental judicial nature and rules. 

　　At the end of the speech, Professor Jiang also answered the students’ questions in great details and closed the speech with warm applause.
