Hunan University of Commerce (HUC) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Changsha Economic Development District in a meeting held on May 22nd. According to the agreement, HUC and the district will work together on areas including professional training, employment service, technology innovation, etc. 

　　The district has invested 200 million RMB on a talent introduction project, aiming to bring more innovative talents from home and abroad to Changsha.
