Hunan University of Commerce (HUC) vice president Yang Hong led a team of five on a trip to visit Guangdong University of Finance and Economics (GUFE) on June 10th. The team included Xiong Weiping, head of School of Continuing Education, Chen Haijun, deputy head of School of Continuing Education. 

　　A meeting with GUFE vice president Wang Tinhui and representatives from continuing education department and international programs was held the same day to exchange ideas on topics including language training, continuing education. Wang introduced the teaching philosophy of GUFE and share experience on developing non-degree program and international education program. 

　　During the meeting Yang introduced the development strategy of HUC and welcomes future cooperation between the two universities. “GUFE has rich experience in teaching and research and there is a lot we can learn from each other. I hope there are more meetings like this in future so that we can both further improve our quality and standard of teaching.” said Yang during the meeting.
