February 28th, Hunan Province Science and Technology Award ceremony was held in Changsha. HNUC honorary president Chen Xiaohong was among the five of the winners of Guangzhao Science and Technology Award. It is the first researcher in administrative management field winning the award. 

　　Guangzhao Award was a biennial award held by Hunan Provincial Government to honor the researchers making the largest contribution to Hunan’s society.
