June 16th, CPC branch in Secretary of Hunan University of Commerce Wang Hanqing, vice secretary Xia Jichun, along with HUC vice president Liu Guoquan visited Central Hunan’s Xingjia Village, bringing subsidy and household groceries to the poverty- stricken village.

　　Located in the rural mountainous region of Hunan Province, Xingjia Village has been facing a serious decline in farming population as most of the local young adults choose to work in big cities, leaving only the elderly people and kids in the village.  

　　During the visit, Mr. Wang also brought HUC’s donation of school uniforms, chairs and desks, and stationary to Xinjia Village primary school.  

　　HUC has been assigning the responsibility of helping the development of Xingjia Village and has sent two talented young teachers to station in the village and help local government.
