Fudan University’s administration management expert Zhu Qianwei visited Hunan University of Commerce (HUC) and gave a lecture on the topic of governmental reform on May 28th.

　　During the speech, Mr. Zhu reviewed the achievement of the last seven major reforms in China in the past 30 years and carefully analyzed the characteristics and limits of these reforms. He also shared his ideas about some possible trends of the future reforms.

　　Mr. Zhu believed that administrative departments needs to improve the ability to identify the problem and should adopt a top-down approach to fully execute the reform. 

　　Mr. Zhu Qianwei is currently the head of Fudan University’s public administration faculty, and the professor in Fudan’s international relation college.
