May 23rd, an opening ceremony for Hunan University of Commerce (HUC)’s art gallery was held at HUC campus. Known as Buduotang Art Gallery, the gallery was designed by the School of Arts of HUC and featured a large number of root sculpture exhibits on the day of the opening. 

The attendees of the ceremony included Chief editor of Hunan Daily Press Jiang Zuxuan, Hunan TV vice president Gong Zhenwen, Hunan High Court Director Gao Feiyue, secretary of HUC Gerneral Committee Office Wang Hanqing, HUC president Chen Xiaohong, and etc.  

Over 400 artists and art lovers visited the gallery on the day of the launch and spoke highly of the standard of the gallery.
