A meeting between University of West Los Angeles (UWLA) and Hunan University of Commerce (HUC) was held on June 1st in HUC office building with HUC deputy president Wang Minggao as the host. During the meeting, the two universities exchanged ideas and shared experiences on international education program development and signed a cooperation agreement. 

　　The agreement was signed by UWLA president Robert Brown and HUC president Chen Xiaohong.

　　Mr. Robert was later appointed as the Honorary Professor of HUC while Mrs. Chen Xiaohong as Honorary Professor of UWLA.

　　UWLA was founded in 1966, by Henry Blunt, and three other Culver City High School educators. It maintains two campuses in the Los Angeles metropolitan area in Inglewood (West Los Angeles) and Chatsworth (San Fernando Valley).
