HUTB National Flag Guard Team Advances to National Finals

From October 18 to 22, the 2023 Chinese College Students National Flag Guard Exhibition Competition (Southern Region) was held in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province. Representative teams from 22 universities in 17 provinces and cities, totaling about 500 participants including team members, team leaders, and coaching teachers, participated in the competition.

Devoting hearts to national flag and serving as vanguard. After intense competition, the HUTB National Flag Guard Team advanced to the national finals with a sixth-place overall score in the Southern Region, fully demonstrating the spirit and demeanor of HUTB students who cherish their country and strive for excellence.

The CPC HUTB Committee attached great importance to national defense education, and the Defense Education Department of HUTB made solid efforts in building and developing the Military Service Association and National Flag Guard Team. In terms of training and management, strict requirements were imposed, and scientific and law-based training was carried out, laying a solid foundation for achieving good results. By participating in the 2023 Chinese College Students National Flag Guard Exhibition Competition (Southern Region), the students broadened their horizons and identified areas for improvement. In the next step, HUTB will continue to strengthen high-quality training and actively prepare for the national finals to be held in Nanjing in December. The goal is to achieve even better results.
