HUTB High-level Football Athletes Selected for China National Five-a-side Football Team Again

Recently, our university’s high-level football athletes, Xu Ting and Yu Ting, represented their professional club in the Chinese five-a-fide professional league. They have achieved consecutive success, including being the runners-up in the 2023 Chinese Football Association (CFA) Women’s Five-a-Side Football League Regional Tournament, the third place in the 2023 National Women's Five-a-Side Football Championship, and the third place in the 2023 CFA Women's Five-a-Side Football League Lanzhou Bank Cup Final.
With outstanding performance, student Xu Ting has been selected for the Chinese women’s five-a-side national team again and will participate in an international invitational tournament. She is also expected to represent the country in the 6th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, bringing honor to the nation. Meanwhile, students Xu Ting, Wang Yue, and Yu Ting have been approved as national-level athletes. This is the first time our province has contributed football talents to the women's national football team, reflecting the excellent results of our university’s “Sports HUTB” construction.
