Comrade Wang Yi'ou Conducts Inspection and Research at Xiangjiang Laboratory

On the afternoon of April 9, Wang Yi'ou, Vice Governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province and Secretary of the CPC Committee and Director of the Public Security Department of Hunan Province, conducted inspection and research at the Xiangjiang Laboratory. Chen Xiaohong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Director of Xiangjiang Laboratory, and Secretary of the CPC HUTB Committee, accompanied the delegation during their visit.
Vice Governor Wang Yi'ou inspected the achievement exhibition hall and innovation base of Xiangjiang Laboratory, as well as laboratories related to intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, smart society, intelligent healthcare, brain-inspired intelligence, humanoid robots, smart logistics, and the integration of culture and technology. Academician Chen Xiaohong introduced the development overview and latest scientific and technological innovation progress of Xiangjiang Laboratory. She stated that under the correct leadership of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Hunan Province, Xiangjiang Laboratory adheres to the principles of conducting research and development, application, and implementation simultaneously, continuously gathers high-end talents and innovative resources, increases research and development efforts, and has made a number of important innovative achievements. The 7 innovative products released have reached the leading level in China.
Vice Governor Wang Yi'ou spoke highly of the construction achievements and innovative results of Xiangjiang Laboratory, stating that the research conducted at the laboratory is highly meaningful and holds broad prospects for practical application in public security. Vice Governor Wang Yi'ou also provided guiding suggestions regarding the implementation of innovative products at Xiangjiang Laboratory, including scenario application, technology collaboration, market promotion, intellectual property protection, and cooperative ideas between the two parties.
