HUTB Holds Large-Scale Job Fair under Spring Employment Promotion Campaign for 2025 Graduates

Spring begins, and careers await. On March 11, a large-scale job fair under the spring employment promotion campaign for 2025 graduates was held at the Feiyang Sports Field in the South Campus. Over 200 Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, and renowned enterprises, including Zoomlion, Lens Technology, and China Energy Engineering, participated in the recruitment event, collectively offering over 7,000 job positions.


The job fair was bustling with activity and students from both on and off campus, carrying their carefully prepared resumes, moved between various booths. Some listened attentively to recruiters’ requirements, raising questions about key concerns such as salary, benefits, and career development. Others reviewed job descriptions on display boards, comparing qualifications with their own strengths, and queued at booths of interest for further inquiry. Recruiters actively distributed brochures and patiently answered questions and provided clarifications on relevant issues.


At the event, many students praised the university for offering an excellent employment platform with abundant recruitment resources. Sharing their perspectives, Zhao, a student from the School of Public Administration and Human Geography, remarked, "I was asked some challenging questions during my communication with the hiring companies, such as interviewers delving deeply into my work and campus experiences, requiring detailed responses." Xie, a student from the School of Computer Science, noted that many companies emphasized project experience during recruitment, and he needs to work harder to improve in this area.

The venue featured dedicated service stations for career guidance, resume consultations, AI interview simulations, and policy briefings, maximizing convenience and support for the students.

Employment serves as a bridge connecting campus and social life, playing an important role in mapping students’ future development. The university has always prioritized graduate employment initiatives. Currently, it is vigorously advancing the spring employment promotion campaign for 2025 graduates. Academician Chen Xiaohong, Secretary of the CPC HUTB Committee, has conducted special research and made specific arrangements on the university’s graduate employment and entrepreneurship initiatives on multiple occasions. In addition, the university actively guides graduates to establish a correct employment mindset and encourages them to proactively seek job opportunities. These efforts lay a solid foundation for promoting high-quality and full employment of 2025 graduates, while creating an effective platform for supply-demand alignment between the university and enterprises. This approach authentically addresses challenges faced by graduates and effectively supports each individual in achieving high-quality employment.
