HUTB Holds Series of Alumni Entrepreneur Experience-Sharing Events

“Seventy-five Years of Building Dreams Together, A Decade of Writing Remarkable Chapters.” On October 28 and 30, the university held a series of alumni entrepreneur experience-sharing events at the Yingcai Lecture Hall of the library.



On the afternoon of October 28, alumni Xiao Jie gave a talk titled "My Path of Struggle," where he shared his experiences of studying at the university, working hard in his career, and successfully starting his own business and taking it public. He encouraged the students present to accurately identify their own positions, discover their personal strengths, and to practice, persist, and continuously adapt to the development of the times with utmost focus and deep reflection.
Before alumni Xiao Jie’s sharing session, he made a donation of RMB1 million to the university. Gan Dejian, Vice President of HUTB, attended the donation ceremony and presented Xiao Jie with a donation certificate and a commemorative medal.
On the afternoon of October 30, alumni Zhang Qian shared valuable advice with the younger students, drawing on his experiences in employment, career development, and entrepreneurship. He encouraged them to follow the trends of the times, continuously learn and improve themselves, stay grounded, persevere, and bravely pursue their dreams.
During the two sharing sessions, students actively asked questions and engaged in discussions on topics such as academic studies, career planning, and innovation and entrepreneurship. The atmosphere was lively, with many exciting moments, creating a strong learning environment.
The alumni entrepreneur experience-sharing session was one of the activities in the series of events celebrating the 75th anniversary of the university's founding. Its purpose was to leverage the role of outstanding alumni in talent development and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and it received widespread praise from the students.
Xiao Jie is a 2003 alumni of HUTB, majoring in Tourism Management. In July 2011, he founded Fullink Technology Co., Ltd. After 10 years of hard work and entrepreneurship, the company was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September 2021. He currently serves as the company’s director and general manager, while also holding the positions of general manager and executive director for three subsidiaries.
Zhang Qian is an alumni of the 9801 class of the Business Management program at HUTB. Since August 2024, he has served as the director and president of Beijing Dinghan Technology Group Co., Ltd.
