2025 CAST Party School and "Zhihui Xiaoxiang" Young Sci-Tech Talents Visit Xiangjiang Laboratory

On the afternoon of September 25, over 100 participants from the 2025 CAST Party School and the "Zhihui Xiaoxiang" "Leadership Program" national conditions study activity visit Xiangjiang Laboratory. Relevant officials from the Organization Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the Party School of the Hunan Association for Science and Technology, along with responsible persons from relevant departments of Xiangjiang Laboratory and HUTB, accompany the visit.
During the activity, the participants tour the scientific research achievements exhibition hall of Xiangjiang Laboratory. They receive briefings on the laboratory's development overview, HUTB's educational operations, talent recruitment advantages, and career development channels. They watch the laboratory's promotional video, browse a series of sci-tech theoretical works published in recent years by Academician Chen Xiaohong's team focusing on new quality productive forces, artificial intelligence, and the digital economy. They also learn about the 26 innovative products released by the laboratory, labeled "Xiangjiang No.1" to "Xiangjiang No.26," which cover areas such as AI pre-trained large models (including cultural creativity, intelligent manufacturing, pathology, text-to-code, historical knowledge, and other large models), embodied (humanoid) intelligent robots, bio-intelligent manufacturing, industrial digital twins, the metaverse, culture + technology, intelligent transportation, low-altitude economy, smart energy, intelligent computing acceleration, and computable data security sharing. Additionally, they are introduced to applied research outcomes developed based on the laboratory's major and key projects. The visitors unanimously express affirmation and praise for Xiangjiang Laboratory's strong research capabilities, outstanding innovative achievements, and significant social impact.
Xiangjiang Laboratory will continue to intensify its efforts in talent recruitment. Leveraging its strong research capabilities focused on artificial intelligence and advanced computing, it aims to attract more high-level sci-tech talents and outstanding doctoral graduates to devote themselves to sci-tech innovation. This will gather innovative momentum and contribute "Xiangjiang strength" to the deep implementation of national and Hunan's "AI Plus" action plan.
