Speakers’ Profiles:
Tang Nenggan, an outstanding alumnus of HUTB in Class2011, later graduated from Renmin University of China with a master's degree, and now serves in the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress;
Zhang Linyan, an outstanding alumnus of HUTB in Class2008, later graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree, and now serves in the Yuelu District Court;
Duan Xufeng is currently aleading lawyer of Hunan HongYi Law Firm, an advanced unit in resolving social conflicts and a national outstanding law firm. He has profound research and unique insights in terms of contract disputes, creditor's rights disputes, marriage and family affairs, and real estate disputes. Since practicing, by having the career pursuit of "promoting justice and Standing strong for human rights", he, together with a number of lawyers with different professional directions, hassuccessfully handled manycomplex civil disputes such as contract disputes, real estate disputes, marriage and family matters, tort disputes, etc., effectively safeguarding litigants’ legitimate rights and interests and recovering their economic losses. During his practice as a lawyer, he has provided legal services for a number of units such as Hunan XX College and XX Communications Hunan Branch, and successfully dealt withmany cases involving litigation and disputes.
