Chen Delin, born in 1986, at Anren County, Chenzhou, Hunan proveince, was graduated from Beijin College of Hunan University of Commerce (1+3 mode) in 2008, information management and information system major. Life experiences: in 2008, working in Hunan branch of a Beijing company (serving a long term in communication industry), in 2013, founding Changsha Lizhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd., cooperation organizations including: each City Branch of Hunan Mobile, Changzhang Branch of CNPC, Changsha Metro Operation Co., Ltd., Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, TV, Press and Publication of Changsha, Chenzhou Public Security Bureau, etc.
