Lecturer's Profile:

Shi Haiwei, Ph.D of Laws, is currently the deputy director of Reform Office of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, a part-time researcher at the China Government Affairs Research Center of Guangzhou University, and a researcher at the China Economic System Reform Research Association. He is engaged in long-term research in the fields of reform, secretarial work, etc. So far, he has published many academic papers in such journals as “Reading”, “Seeking”, “Hunan Social Science”, “Reform and Opening-up”, and many articles in newspapers such as “Learning Times”, “Chinese Communist Youth League”, “Secretary Work”, “Xinxiang Review” and “Hunan Daily”.
