Brief introduction of lecturer:

Yuan Shaofeng, graduated from 0002 financial class of Hunan University of Commerce and Financing Engineering Major from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as a doctor, worked in Changsha Tianxin Sub-branch of China Construction Bank, National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) and China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX). During that period, he was seconded to Futures Supervision Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to supervise the futures market. Considering that he has worked in market research and innovation work related to bond and interest rate derivatives for long term, he publishes nearly 10 academic papers in Journal of Financial Research, Economic Perspectives and other journals, moreover, his reports are adopted by General Office of the Central Committee and State Council.

Topic of his report: Since the year 2000, the reporter has experienced the following development phases, namely, study in school, work in commercial bank, work off to get doctor’s degree and participate in the market construction of bond and interest rate derivatives. On the basis of his experience, the reporter shared his experience with brother-sister-school students and hoped to provide some reference for them during their learning and career development.
