Brief introduction of lecturer:

Huang Zhiguo, the former director of human resources in Midea Group, the vice president of Broad Group, EMBA of Sun Yat-sen University, founder of Changsha Yutaishu Management Consulting Co., Ltd., contract research fellow of South China Institute of Collaborative Innovation, and a member of Second Shunde District Government Policy-making Advisory Committee, is also a front-line management expert, talent development expert and manager research expert.

As one of the youngest senior executive in Midea history, Mr. Huang Zhiguo joined in Midea Group after graduation in 1998 and grew into senior executive rapidly from a graduate student after he was accepted by senior executive team of Midea Group. As the founding dean of Midea College and a member of Midea Home Appliance Management Committee and operation & human resources director (in vice president level), he started to serve as Senior Vice President in Changsha Broad Homes and General Manager in South China Business Division in 2013.

Mr. Huang Zhiguo is also the chief planner of campus recruitment and fresh graduate training in Midea Group for many years. Now, he serves as the builder of Midea university student cultivation system and talent development system.
