Xu Yunfei, graduating from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, has bee engaged in high-end hotel industry for 20 years and has 7 years of experience in customer service and management and 13 years of experience of hotel human resources management. He worked at the famous international brand hotel groups such as Intercontinental, Wanhao, and Accor, etc., and took office in Changsha North Star Intercontinental Hotel, Huizhou Intercontinental Holiday Inn, Bo’ao Asian Forum and other luxury hotels as the director of the human resources.
