He possessed the cross-strait and United States law degree, had the legal practice experience in cross-strait and international investment, merger and acquisition, business and intellectual property litigation, has been focusing on the field of international economic law, international investment and merger and acquisition projects, and served as the main speaker and forum expert for many international symposiums.
