Introduction of the lecturer: Fu Qian, Female, Chinese communist party member, born in Hengyang, in1987, is the Senior Staff Member in the Propaganda and information office of United Front Work Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee.

Fu Qian became a computer science and technology major at Hunan University of Commerce in 2005 and gradated in 2009. She was assigned to work in Wuji Town, Henyang, after she passed the exams given by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department and became a selected graduate. She was responsible for drafting manuscript when working as the Secretary of Youth League Committee and Secretary of Party Committee. She was sent to work in Department of Organization of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee and was responsible for the back-stage management of the Hengyang Party Building Network at the beginning of 2010. Fu Qian has worked in Hunan Provincial Party Committee United Front Work Department since she passed the Selection test in July 2010. During these five years, she worked successively in the Office, the Liaison Office, and the Propaganda and Information Office of the United Front Work Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee. Her main work now is the propaganda of the news, which is to contact with each big media, such as Hunan Daily, Hunan TV, Hunan ETV. She is in charge of the mew report of important events of the United Front Work Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee.
