Introduction to the speaker: Xu Jubing, a professor of Taiwan University, the chair professor of Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education and a member of Thousand Talents program of Shanghai. Professor Xu Jubing graduated from University of California of Irvine and got the doctor’s degree in 1997. He is a specially-appointed professor at the School of Management of Taiwan University, the chair professor of Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education and a member of Thousand Talents program of Shanghai. For many years, he has been engaged in the research of green supply chain, supply chain emergency management and so on; he has deep knowledge in the field of logistics management, emergency management, supply chain management and so on. He has attained a number of outstanding research awards in Taiwan, has been selected into excellent youth research programs and outstanding scholar research programs and serves as the chief editor of the international leading journal—Transportation Research Part E and chief editors and deputy chief editors of other international journals. He has published more than 80 SCI or SSCI papers in the top international journals, such as Production and Operations Management, Transportation Research Part A, B, C, D,E, European Journal of Operational Research and so on.
