Introduction of the speaker: Zhang Shiping is the postgraduate of economics of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, the member of Communist Party of China, and senior statistician. Now, he is the secretary of Party Leadership Group of Hunan Provincial Bureau of Statistics and the director general, the member of 10th CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the member of the 11th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, the deputy director of Committee of Science and Technology, and the vice-chairman of National Statistical Society of China. He has been engaged in the economic and social statistics and analysis and research for a long time. He submitted plenty of Decision-making Consulting Reports to the provincial Party committee and provincial government every year, regularly released the provincial economic situation analysis report as the press spokesman, and accepted the special media interview. He successively presided over or participated in the research on state-level topics including Address Climate Change Statistical Research and China Input-Output Research, etc., and provincial topics including the Population Flow and Labor Force Transformation and Analysis and Prediction of Hunan Economic and Social Development Situation, and served as the editor-in-chief of many collected works of economic and social development statistical analysis report.
