Introduction of the speaker: Song Kai, born in 1945, graduated from National Chiao Tung University(Taiwan), majoring in control engineering, and obtained the bachelor degree. He was the honorary professor of University of Rochester and the director of Research Institute of System Engineering (USA), the senior engineer of the head office of American Xerox, the director of Department of Information Management of National Sun Yat-sen University, the director of Department of Information Management of National Central University, the Head of Management School of National Central University, the director of Management and Academic Research Center of National Central University, and the consulting professor of Peking University, University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Beijing), Fudan University and Tongji University. Professor Song Kai has been committed to the research on the management science for a long time, obtained the outstanding achievements in the research on the systematic science, enterprise management, information management and other aspects, made the fruitful results in the domestic promotion of information management, and published more than 100 high-level academic papers. He is the authoritative expert in the information management. In recent years, Professor Song Kai has been advocating for the importance of cross-strait relations in the country’s future development and vigorously promoting the academic exchange activity of cross-strait management circle, and has served as the chairman of the Mainland Academic Committee of The Information Management Society.
