Introduction of the speaker: Professor Gao Wenbing, from Penglai, Shandong, took the job since April 1974, joined the Communist Party of China in April 1979, had the graduate degree and the master of science degree, and now is the secretary of the Party Committee of Central South University. He worked in Science and Technology Division of the Ministry of Education from January 1985 to February 1995; He served as the deputy secretary of Party Membership Committee of Ministry of Education concurrently as the secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of the Ministry, and deputy secretary presiding over the daily work from February 1995 to August 1999; He served as the office director of universities directly under the Ministry of Education from August 1999 to February 2004; He was on the post of the deputy secretary of CPC Guiyang Municipal Party Committee from February 2004 to January 2006; He acted as the head of the working division of universities directly under the Ministry of Education from June 2006 to November 2008; He is acting as the secretary of the Party Committee of Central South University (vice-minister level) since November 2008.
