Introduction of the speaker: Professor Lisa De Propris is the doctor of University of Birmingham in UK, and now is the professor of Birmingham Business School and the director of the Department of Management. The research direction of Professor Lisa is the fields of England space and industrial economics, and she enjoys high popularity in the field of cluster economy, regional economic development and regional innovation research. Professor Lisa has rich academic achievements, and has published more than 30 papers in the world’s top journals of this field (the majority is ESI top 50% of journals in the field of social sciences), with the famous SSCI top journals including: The Journal of Economic Geography (one of 24 kinds of UT/Dallas, ABS 2010 ranking4*), Urban Studies(ABS 2010 ranking 3*), Regional Studies (ABS 2010 ranking 3*), Entrepreneurship and Regional Development (ABS 2010 ranking 3*), the Journal of European Public Policy, Journal of Common Market Studies, Cambridge Journal of Economics, European Planning Studies, Policy Studies, and International Journal of the Economics of Business, etc. The h-index of Professor Lisa and high impact factor index of google scholar all reached 18 in 2014, which was the rare achievement in the field of social sciences.
