Introduction of the speaker: Doctor Jin Yanbo graduated from the University of California - Irvine and learned from the Professor Philippe Jorion who is the expert in financial risk management. Jin Yanbo is the lifetime professor of Department of Finance, Business School of California State University - Northridge and the chair professor of Business School of Central South University. His main research direction is financial risk management and company finance. He published tens of academic papers in the top journal of financial field - Journal of Finance and other English academic journals and international conferences. He successively served as the paper reviewer of some English journals.
