Introduction of the speaker: Robert W. Brown is the president and professor of University of West Los Angeles. Mr. Brown has been working in the School of Law of University of West Los Angeles (UWLA in short) and serving as the president in recent 15 years. At present, UWLA has become one of the largest law schools authorized by American Bar Association. Mr. Brown had 35 years of experience in legal adviser and business advisor of the world’s top 100 enterprises, and specialized in the real estate and enterprise financing, bank regulations, compliance and loan. The total value of business events handled by him exceeded 7 billion US dollars.
