Introduction to Speaker: Professor Zhu is a member of National MPA Education Guidance Committee, member of China Administration Management Society  Academic Council, deputy Chancellor of Shanghai Administration Management Society and he is also a professor of International Relationship and Public Affairs Institute of Fudan University, dean of Public Administration Department, supervisor of doctoral students. Professor Zhu is one of the founders of Chinese Public Administration Study after China’s reform and open-up, and has supervised by far more than 50 doctors majored in administration management. Professor Zhu’s lectures on Public Administration was awarded as Shanghai Top-quality Course. The major areas of Professor Zhu’s study include Public Administration Theory, Comparative Public Administration, Organization and Human Resource Management. Theses of Professor Zhu published on the most distinguished journal Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) include International Journal of Public Administration, Crime, Law and Social Change, etc. Professor Zhu once published more than 50 theses on core journal of public administration, such as Chinese Administration Management, Public Administration Review, etc.. Professor Zhu’s well-known academic works include Bureaucracy, An Introduction to Administration (chief editor), Contemporary of China’s Public Policy (chief editor), Public Administration, Decision-Making Process (translation), On Classical Liberalism and Libertarianism (translation), The Human Condition(translation), Hand book of political science(translation). Professor Zhu leads many national level projects and programs and he is also the chair expert of National Social Science Found Key Project “Mechanism innovation Research on Public Service System of the Eight Comprehensive Reform Pilot Area during the Twelfth Five-year Period” and judge of National Social Science Fund Project Management Group.
