Introduction to Speaker: Professor Jiang graduated from Law School of Peking University with Master Degree and majored in Administrative Law and also received Doctoral Degree of Law. He is now the deputy president and Party Member of the PRC Supreme People’s Court, member of Adjudicatory Committee of the PRC Supreme People’s Court, second grade Associate Justices, committee member of 18th Session of Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection Committee. Professor Jiang once directed projects such as 2013 National Social Science Fund Major Program “Research on Speeding up Ruling China by Law”, etc.
