Introduction to Speaker: Professor Shi is the professor of Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral superior, director of Key Lab of Big Data Exploitation and Knowledge Management of Chinese Academy of Sciences, executive deputy director of Chinese Academy of Sciences Virtual Economy and Data Scientific Research, deputy president of Management Institute of Postgraduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, deputy chairman and Secretary of General of China Management Modernization Research Committee. From 1999 to 2004, Professor Shi was the chair professor and deputy professor of America Nebraska State University Information Science and Technology Charles Ma keli De Info Technology, assistant professor of Nebraska State University Management School. Professor Shi once worked as the establishing chief editor of International Journal Information Technology & Decision Making (SCI, Compu Math, ISI Alerting, Cabell) and chief editor of Management Review, executive editor of international journal Operations & Quantitative Management, editorial board member of international journals, such as Business Intelligence & Data Mining, Information, International Journal of Service Science, etc. Professor Shi received many awards and prizes, such as 2009 "Fudan University Management Science Outstanding Contribution Prize", International Society for Multi-Objective Decision-making 2009 "Canto Academy Award", 2001"National Prize for Outstanding (overseas) Youth", 2004 Chinese Academy of Sciences "One-Hundred Talent Plan" prize, 1999 Nebraska State University Outstanding Research Prize,1997-2000 America Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer Committee (IEEE) excellent speaker award, etc. His innovative theory on optimization method of data mining and knowledge management has been widely accepted within this field and in leading international level. Professor Shi has published totally 17 monographs and over 200 academic theses on more than 60 international journals and publications.
