Introduction to Speaker: Professor Jia is now the professor and dean of Marketing Department of Business School of Chinese University of Hong Kong. And he is also “Changjiang Scholar Chair Professor”, honorary president of Southwest Jiaotong University Institute of Economic Management, evaluation expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, committee member of National Natural Science Foundation Commission Management Science Department, member of National MBA Education Guidance Committee, and committee member of Standing Committee of National People’s Congress of Sichuan Province, etc.. Professor Jia once worked as the deputy editor of American Magazine Operations Research and academic director of American Academy of Marketing Science. Professor Jia obtained doctoral degree from The University of Texas (Austin) Business School. His research focuses on Dig Data Marketing, Social Net, Consumer Choice, Customer Relationship Management, Behavior Decision-Making, etc. and his theses were published on management related top international academic journals, such as Management Science, Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Research, Operations Research, etc. With rich experience on company counseling and training, Professor Jia once cooperated with famous companies and institutes, such as China CITIC Bank, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Railway Group, IBM, etc.
