Introduction to the Speaker: Professor Chen graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology and obtained PH.D. As a supervisor for students in Doctoral program, she is entitled to and enjoys special fund from State Council of PRC. She is also the leader and chair professor of National Key Program Management Science and Engineering, Innovative Research Group of China, Ministry of Education “Changjiang Scholars’ Innovative Research Team”, national level teaching team and national level characteristic specialty, one of the members of the State Council Business Management Discipline Appraisal Group, the National Natural Science Fund Management Discipline and National Social Science Fund Applied Economics Discipline Appraisal Group, and one of the committee members of National Master of Business Administration(MBA) Guidance Committee, Department of Education Social Science Committee Member, Department of Education Management Science and Engineering Teaching Guidance Committee. She has been elected as National Talent Project the 1st and 2nd Level Academic and Technical Leader of Cross-Century, first session of Hunan Province “Furong Scholar Program” specially-appointed professor and winner of “Furong Scholar Program” specially-appointed professor prize. Professor Chen is now headmaster of Hunan University of Commerce, deputy chairman of Chinese Management Association, National March-Eighth Red-Banner Pace-setter and one of the first cohort of Chinese outstanding social scientists.
