Located in Changsha, a historical and cultural city, HUTB faces Yuelu Mountain to south and Xiangjiang River to east. HUTB is a multi-disciplinary university featuring the mutual support of economics, administration, engineering, science, law, literature and art, coordinated development and distinct characteristics. HUTB has multiple titles, including the university authorized to enroll the first batch of undergraduate in Hunan, excellent university in the undergraduate teaching evaluation of the Ministry of Education, university authorized to confer doctorate degree, university included in the application-oriented undergraduate integration between industry and education program during the “13thFive-Year Plan” period, China’s first batch of top 100 “demonstration universities of deepening education reform on innovation and entrepreneurship”, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of Practice and Education of Chinese Colleges, and 50 Model Universities of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. It has a large number of national and provincial high-level talents and teams headed by academician, and a group of national research platforms and modern laboratories such as National Center for Basic Science.

II. Requirements
1. Comply with the constitution and law of the People’s Republic of China, love education, have a strong sense of career and responsibility withgood conduct and comprehensive quality.
2. Be familiar with the pattern of higher education and discipline construction, and have excellent teaching, scientific research and organization management capabilities, broad vision of teaching and modern teaching concept, and outstanding achievements.
3. Have disciplinary background and studying experience commensurate with the post, and have high academic level in the specialized area, widely recognized academic achievements, and good academic reputation.
4. Have experience in administration, and experience as head of important research institute or dean or deputy dean of relevant school of university (or equivalent experience).
5. Have doctorate degree and professor-level specialized technical title(domestic applicants), orhave the post of tenure associate professor of famous university or above, the post of researcher of famous research institute, or corresponding post(overseas applicants).
6. Be physically and mentally healthy, be capable of required work, and age not above 55 years hold (calculated until December 31, 2021). If the applicant is excellent, this restraint can be relaxed as appropriate.
7.Being capable of full-time work within the term of appointment.
III. Responsibilities
1.Preside over the administrative work of the school, and organize the formulation of school development plan.
2.Promote discipline construction, and improve the level of discipline construction.
3.Promote the reform of teaching and curriculum systems, innovate the mode of talent training, and improve the overall teaching level of the school.
4.Strengthen talent team building, and introduce and cultivate high-level and outstanding young talents.
5.Strengthen international exchange and cooperation, and improve the internationalized construction level of the school.
6.Strengthen the connotation construction and development of the school, and enhance the comprehensive strength of the school.
7.Promote cooperation with discipline-related industry, and serve the economic and social construction of Hunan and the state.
IV. Term of Appointment and Treatment
1.The first term of appointment is four years, including one year of probation. Upon the expiry of probation, formal appointment agreement shall be executed after the applicant passes the examination.
2.The applicant shall be entitled to corresponding treatment specified in the provisions of the state and HUTB, or, if so requested by the applicant, to treatment stipulated in the agreement. Details of treatment shall be subject to face-to-face discussion.
V. Time and Mode of Application and Materials Required
(I) Time of application: From today to August 31, 2021.

4.Other materials that can reflect the applicant’s academic level and management performance;
