Hunan Daily·Hunan Today, August 20 (Reporter Xu Dianbo) In the morning, Chen Xiaohong, CAE Academician, Party Secretary of HUTB and Director of Xiangjiang Laboratory, and Cao Puhua, Secretary of Yueyang Municipal CPC Committee, witnessed the signing of a technological innovation cooperation agreement between HUTB and Yueyang Municipal People’s Government and the presenting of a plate to the first regional innovation center of Xiangjiang Laboratory in Hunan Province.

HUTB enjoys obvious discipline advantages and powerful talent resources. The Xiangjiang Laboratory, led by HUTB, is not only a major innovation platform for strengthening the computing power supply in Hunan Province, but also one of the “four major laboratories” built by the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People’s Government of Hunan Province. This is the first time for the laboratory to establish a municipal-level regional innovation center in Hunan Province.
