Youth League Committee of HUTB Holds the 2nd Sharing Session of Reading Season "Read Classic Books and Understand Life Philosophy"

On the afternoon of June 1, the 2ndSharing Session of Reading Season "Read Classic Books and Understand Life Philosophy" was held in Room C105 of Rixin Building. Vice President Zhang Ling, as the guest speaker of this sharing session, chatted with the students about the philosophical masterpiece Utopiaand shared her reading experience and perception.
From the perspectives of background, specific content and value of Utopia, Vice President Zhang Ling shared with the students. She vividly explained "what is humanism": affirm the human value, emphasize the human dignity, the inherent right to pursue the freedom, equality and happiness. She pointed out that only the Communist Party of China can lead China and only the socialist system can develop China. It is precisely the Communist Party of China that has created the today's China, and it is precisely because the Communists always insist on seeking happiness for the people and rejuvenation for the nation that they can lead China to move towards rejuvenation stably.
In the lecture, the students expressed their views and understanding of Utopia under the relaxed and warm atmosphere. The students discussed actively and spoke enthusiastically.
