2021-05-20

With a desire to guide the college students to enhance their awareness of career planning, master the basic knowledge of career, improve their career skills and career-related abilities and qualities, establish the correct life goals and employment concepts, and scientifically and rationally plan the college life, the career planning competition for college students was held by the School of Business Administration at the Conference Room 801 in the Economic Management Complex on May 11. The judges were served by the teachers Li Songlan and Zhu Weixiong of School of Business Administration, and Liao Xiaotao and Lin Wenji, the executive managers of 51job Project.

In the competition, the contestants showed themselves in full spirit, accurately positioned themselves according to their own personal characteristics, and identified the future development direction, made the clear goals and worked out a comprehensive plan. In the end, one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and several winning prizes were selected in the competition.

Teacher Li Songlan, a human resources expert, pointed out that in today's society, people pay more attention to self-development and improvement, which objectively requires us to make an all-round plan for our future, and career planning is an extremely important part of it. I hope that the students can objectively and truly evaluate themselves, face the test of life positively and optimistically, develop the clear goals, think rigorously, and fully display their vigorous mental outlook.
