School of Law & Public Administration Holds the Professional Practice Mobilization Conference of Postgraduate Students

The Professional Practice Mobilization Conference was held by the School of Law & Public Administration for the Class 2019 postgraduate students in the Conference Room F101 in the Lezhi Building on March 4, and was attended by Deputy Dean Gong Zhijun, graduate secretary Wen Zhang, Zhang Guohui, the teacher in charge of graduate students and Class 2019 graduate students.

Vice Dean Gong Zhijun regarded the professional practice as an important link in the cultivation of the talents with professional degree and an important way to cultivate the practical capability, innovation ability and comprehensive quality of the professional masters, and he also expected the students to take professional practice seriously with full enthusiasm and professional attitude. He put forward four requirements to the students: first, guarantee the effectiveness of professional practice by formulating the clear professional practice plans and goals; second, establish a correct concept of time and familiarize with the work environment as soon as possible; third, build the awareness of information safety and confidentiality; fourth, seek knowledge humbly, treat people politely, and observe and collect information extensively in practice. He also reminded the students to report the results of practice to the instructors immediately after the practice is over.
Teacher Wen Zhang communicated to students the Notice on the Professional Practice of the Class 2019 Professional Mastersand interpreted the Basic Requirements and Assessment Regulations for Professional Practice of Professional Masters from the School of Law and Public Administration, with the special attention to the requirements, methods, process management and assessment of professional practice. Teacher Zhang Guohui gave safety education to the students, and reminded everyone to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of practice organization, establish a high degree of safety and self-protection awareness and ensure the safety of their personal and property.
Class 2019 postgraduate students of the School of Law & Public Administration were furtherly enhanced in terms of the understanding and knowledge about the professional practices through this mobilization meeting. Students shall make full use of this professional practice opportunity to learn more, think more and do more so as to comprehensively improve their practical ability and professionalism literacy.
