HUTB Holds Conference with Student Club Presidents

On November 24, HUTB held the Student Club Presidents’ Conference 2020-2021 in Lecture Hall F104 of Lezhi Building. The conference was attended by Tang Xiaoqin, Director of the Student Affairs Division, Xu Xu, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Division, instructors, as well as new presidents of the 50 student clubs across the campus and the cadres of HUTB Student Club Association.

Deputy Director Xu Xu announced the appointment decisions for the cadres of the new term of HUTB Student Club Association and the new presidents of student clubs.

Director Tang Xiaoqin delivered a speech on the work of student clubs. He highly affirmed the achievements made by the student clubs and HUTB Student Club Association, hoping that the backbone students can take the lead, set strict demands on themselves, and fully play their role as bridges and bonds, to promote the healthy development of student clubs. He encouraged these students to fully perform their responsibilities with love and care for the society. He urged that these students should develop personal skills, strive for excellence in character, academics and talent, and continuously strengthen their theoretical and political knowledge, professional quality and organizational skills.

Finally, the instructors of the HUTB Student Club Association organized the new cadres and student club presidents to study the Management Regulation on Student Club of Hunan University of Technology and Business.
