2020 Graduates Employment Remobilization Meeting Held in the School of Accounting

In order to further mobilize the 2020 graduates to actively apply for jobs, the School of Accounting held 2020 Graduates Employment Remobilization Online Meeting entitled “seize employment opportunity to achieve magnificent life” on the morning of June 8atMeeting Room520, Office Building 1. Party Secretary He Caihong, Deputy DeanLiu Jianqiu, counselors for the graduates and 200-oddgraduates and parent representatives attendedthe meeting. Liu Jibo, Director of Admissionand Employment Guidance Dept, was invited to attend the meetingand give guidance. The meeting was presided over by Tan Zhihong, Deputy Party Secretary of the School.
Deputy Dean Liu Jianqiu introduced the employment situation of the 2020 graduates of School of Accounting. He pointed out that the graduates’employment is to seek futurefor themselvesand make contributions to the university and the country. The graduates should recognize the current employment situation, correct their employment mentality, have correct viewon therelationship between employment and postgraduate entrance examination, civil service examination and epidemic prevention &control, actively apply for jobs and strive for early and smooth employment. Director Liu Jibo analyzed the issue “employment is concerned with various aspects” from the four angles including country, university, parents and students. Combining with the employment data since 2016, he put forward the viewpoint“early employment, early adaptation and early benefit”. He also gave detailed explanations to such policy issues as archives dispatch and fresh graduateidentity.
Atthe question-and-answer session, the teachers answered one by one the common problems encountered by the graduates in the job-seeking process, as well as graduation formalities relating to household registration,archives dispatchand so on.
Party Secretary He Caihong stressed that difficulties and opportunities coexist. He hoped that the graduates should strengthen confidence, establish the development concept “obtaining employmentat first, then choosing occupation”,strive for starting business when right time comes, seize immediate opportunities, grasp time node and have a good beginning in the career.
Through the employmentre-mobilization, the 2020 graduates of the School of Accountinghave gained a further understanding of the current employment situation and enhanced their confidence in employment.
