Tianchuang Property Carries out the 2018 “High-quality Service Month” Activity

As for Tianchuang Property, May is “high-quality service month”. Since the activity launched, this company has provided the diversified intimate services for teachers and students and showed their sincere service and “keep moving” concept. The high-quality service month activity is full of variety, such as, caring service station, love green and protection green, campus beautification, housekeeping of caring action, school bus elimination and campus zombie bus removal.
On May 4, Cleaning Department organized 6 employees to establish Caring Service Station in football field to carry out caring herbal tea activity and hand out more than 300 cups of herbal tea.
The Lodging House Department organized 20 employees and students to carry out weed pull-out contest on May 7. During the whole activity, the participants were overflowed with enthusiasm to pull out weeds from their responsible area, no better than the professional greening personnel. Finally, they pulled out 10 bags of weeds.
On May 8 and 9, the Cleaning Department and Lodging House Department launched the landscaping service activity. There were three parts, first of all, organize 10 employees to clean up scaly tetter, white waste and other sundries from campus; check the public toilets in building one by one, put essence ball to reduce odor and provide beautiful and confortable working and learning environment. Secondly, remove pest and prevent disease to reduce mouse’s hazard to students’ life in lodging house, such as, organize 8 employees to launch “wipe out the four pests” activity, put rat poison in dead angle of building, green belt and sewer ditch, as well as post up red card to inform students of precautions. Thirdly, control bacterial growth effectively, keep a watchful eye on students’ physical and mental health and ask 8 employees to disinfect the public area of student dormitory with 84 liquid disinfectant. Thanks to the campus environment beautifying activity, it is good for beautifying the environment and drawing the distance between students and teachers. During this activity, more than 200 cigarette ends, waste-areca and white waste were picked up. In addition, scaly tetter was removed from more than 30 places, the cleared sundries were loaded on 5 trucks and 100 essence balls and 50 bottles of 84 liquid disinfectants were handed out.
On May 10, the Lodging House Department organized 8 employees to carry out housekeeping activity. During this activity, the dormitory keepers carried forward the “Like Cleanliness and Love Dormitory” atmosphere in the name of “Love”. When they did internal affairs, they refused to leave off every corner, took away the waste and rubbish and left the cleanliness and comfort.
On May 11, the Cleaning Department organized 30 employees to hold school bus cleaning activity with the purpose of providing comfortable and cleaning environment for teachers. During the activity, all employees were busy with wiping, mopping, sweeping and rinsing with happy smile. Thanks to the concerted efforts, this activity came to a happy ending and received favorable reviews from teachers and drivers.
As the high-quality service month activity was carried out by Cleaning Department and Lodging House Department one by one, the employees of Public Order Department were loath to lag behind, such as, it organized 15 employees to remove the zombie cars on May 16, including electric cars, motorbikes, disordered private bicycles and shared bikes which failed to be used for more than half year. Specifically speaking, these employees transported them to the assigned place in order to build the beautiful and harmonious campus.
