School of Economics and Trade Set up Cross-border E-commerce Minor Class

On October 25, the opening ceremony of Hewang Cross-border e-commerce minor class and Keyuan e-commerce minor class of School of Economics and Trade was successfully held at Room F503. The opening ceremony was presided over by the deputy dean of School of Economics and Trade - professor Luo Shuanglin. The manager Zhou of e-commerce department and human resource department of Keyuan Medical, manager Ni of Changsha Branch of Dongguan Hewang Cross-border E-commerce and minor class students attended it.

After the ceremony, professor Luo Shuanglin announced official opening of Hewang cross-border e-commerce minor class and Keyuan e-commerce minor class. She pointed out that university-industry cooperation was a good method and way in the process of close integration of teaching reform at colleges and universities and talent cultivation. And then, she put forward the expectation against minor class students, and hoped that they could take discipline, learning, homework and examination seriously and become more excellent. The manager Ni of Dongguan Hewang Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., and manager Zhou of e-commerce department of Keyuan Medical introduced the enterprise situation, principal mode for jointly setting up minor class for teaching based on university-industry cooperation and main involved cross-border e-commerce regions, respectively.

The successful holding of this opening ceremony provided the approach for university and enterprise further carrying out multilevel, multiform and multi-field cooperation, realizing dynamic integration and optimal configuration of university, enterprise resources and jointly cultivating talents necessary for economic and social development.
