School of Business Administration Held the 56th ”Lushan Schoolfellow · Entrepreneur Forum”

On the afternoon of October 19, the 56th Lushan schoolfellow entrepreneur forum - "How to make university students integrated into the workplace" organized by School of Business Administration was held at Room B206 of Zhicheng Building. The speaker was secretary of Chinese Board of Directors of DAUGREF and listing office director Li Sizhen who had gained a master's degree of management specialty of Jinan University and was a senior financial manager, human resources professional and NLP master practitioner at the same time.
Ms. Li firstly talked about how to correctly conduct positioning of career object, analyzed current employment status at the same time, and then expounded the theme of how did university students fit in with the workplace. And then, she talked about the problems faced by fresh graduates about personnel, market, skill, sales, finance, etc. in the workplace and issues needing to be noticed. During the link of asking questions on the scene, she answered questions asked by students. Meantime, she asserted a claim regarding workplace environment, proposed suggestions and provided coping modes concerning industry, territory, prospect and culture for students as well as gave a concrete exposition about how to help university students to better fit in with workplace environment.
This Lushan schoolfellow entrepreneur forum was successfully ended with lecturer Li Sizhen's suggestion that it's necessary to "adhere to continuous learning attitude and insist on multidimensional thinking ability" when fitting in with workplace. This lecture displayed enterprise culture of DAUGREF, and Li's lecture about "how to make university students fit in with workplace" benefited teachers and students a lot and effectively relieved fresh graduates' vacant and anxious emotion caused by entering into society, played a good guiding role for students who were going to start work, according to the reporter interviewing many participants on the scene.
