Institute of Higher Education Organized Topics Declaration Tutorial Lecture

On the afternoon of October 19, Institute of Higher Education invited the professor Zhou Mingxing from Hunan Agricultural University to our university for giving a tutorial lecture concerning national education scientific planning topics declaration. The lecture was presided over by the director Liu Derong of Institute of Higher Education. Vice-president Liu Guoquan, members of Institute of Higher Education and Higher Education Research Center of Hunan University of Commerce as well as other teachers intending to declare national education scientific planning topic listened to this lecture.

By combining his own research experience, the professor Zhou Mingxing shared his successful experience, based on taking "scientific research prelude: topic selection, assigning a topic and proposition" as theme and from three aspects - "6 consciousness for topic selection", "7 forms for assigning a topic" and "8 specifications for proposition", showed scientific research landmark achievements in recent years and carried out deep exchange and discussion regarding questions related to topic declaration with participants. Finally, the professor Liu Derong - director of Institute of Higher Education made a conclusion about the lecture, and deemed that the professor Zhou's report had a strong guidance and reference significance for declaring national education scientific planning topic to teachers from our university.

After the lecture was over, teachers attending the lecture said that this lecture was meaningful with big inspiration for their topic selection, argument, formation of biding document, etc., made everyone open the thinking for topic selection and grasp writing gist and method, thus enhancing confidence and impetus in declaring the national education planning topics.
