School of Law and Public Management Held Cooperation Signing Ceremony with Office of Legislative Affairs of Changsha Municipal Government

On the morning of September 7, the cooperation signing ceremony between School of Law and Public Management of Hunan University of Commerce and Office of Legislative Affairs of Changsha Municipal Government was held at the meeting room 311 of Office Building 2. Deputy director of Office of Legislative Affairs of Changsha Municipal Government Zhang Zhi, division chief of Comprehensive Department Wu Chang, vice director of merging leading group of School of Law and Public Management Liu Qixiang, merging leading group members Zeng Xing, Hu Yanxiang, etc. attended the signing ceremony.

Liu Qixiang and Zhang Zhi-representatives of both parties signed the subject entrustment cooperation agreement. Both parties reached lots of consensuses on teaching and scientific research, legal construction, social work, etc. and intended to further broaden cooperative route and build long-acting cooperative mechanism.

Liu Qixiang pointed out that School of Law and Public Management and Office of Legislative Affairs of Changsha Municipal Government had a good cooperation foundation, and the School would take signing as opportunity for "building mechanism, setting up platform, gaining results and expanding influence" and further widen cooperation level and carry out further cooperation with respect to student internship, getting practice with the retaining position, talent cultivation base construction, business training, etc. so as to contribute to local legal construction and provide think tank support for ruling city by law.

Deputy director of Municipal Office of Legislative Affairs Zhang Zhi pointed out that Changsha Municipal Government had a profound cooperation origin with School of Law and Public Management of Hunan University of Commerce. Both parties had a good cooperation regarding studies of legal history, teacher exchange, student internship and employment and so on. Office of Legislative Affairs of Changsha Municipal Government would rely on School of Law and Public Management to build the cooperative project to an excellent project of Changsha city, looked forward to the follow-up cooperation of both parties at the same time and firmly believed that cooperation between both parties would grow new fruits and gain more achievements.
