Career Planning Competition of School of Business Administration Came To a Successful Ending

On the evening of May 6, Career Planning Competition of School of Business Administration kicked off in E301 of No.3 Classroom Building. The theme of this competition is “Planning of Professional Life, Building of Future Road”. For this competition the host invited teacher Xie Xiaoming, the director of the Department of Human Resource Management; teacher Li Youde and teacher Yi Hua, as the judge.

Each contestant submitted her/his entry works taking the theme of the personal career planning, conducted the comprehensive analysis of the self and external environment with the recent career objective planning as the emphasis, and put forward the personal career objective, development path and action plan. Some contestants made the detailed explanation of their own career planning process through the analysis and decision-making tools such as talent assessment, etc. Finally, San Qing from Marketing Class 1501 won the first prize,  Zhang Zhihui from Business Administration Class 1402 and Xiao Yongqin from Marketing Class 1501 stood in the second and third place respectively.

This competition enhanced the awareness of university students’ career planning, improved the students’ relevant career ability and quality, and helped students establish the correct employment idea and make the scientific and reasonable planning of university life. (Yao Ting, Zhang Yiwen)
