Public Lecture on Education of Female Workers in Hunan Education System Held at HUTB

Under the unified deployment of the Hunan Federation of Trade Unions and the Women Workers' Committee of the Hunan Teacher’s Union, a public lecture on the education of female workers was organized by the Labour Union in Classroom N101 at the Lingnan Campus on the afternoon of October 31. The lecture was delivered by Lawyer Yin Lanying, Deputy Director of Hunan Hong Yi Law Firm, a star public interest lawyer in Hunan Province, and Director of the Sanrenxing Public Interest Legal Service Center in Changsha. The theme of the lecture was "A Guide to Women's Rights Protection in Marriage and Family". The event was chaired by Li Ge, Executive Deputy Chairman of the Labour Union, and over 80 female staff members of HUTB attended the lecture.

Lawyer Yin Lanying started the lecture with "Three Soulful Questions before Speaking" and used typical cases as a starting point. She explained the relevant legal provisions based on these cases. During the lecture, she frequently asked questions and set up suspense, which prompted the female workers in the audience to actively respond and participate, presenting a thought-provoking, lively, and highly effective popular legal education lesson. The lecture included a Q&A session where the female workers had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification. They engaged in extensive discussions with Lawyer Yin about legal issues they were personally interested in. The event concluded successfully in a lively atmosphere.
