The year of 2019 is the 70thanniversary of the founding of New China and the CPPCC. In order to better adapt to the new situation and requirements of the CPPCC work in the new era, it is an important task and basic work of the CPPCC to carry out learning. Sponsored by the General Office of Hunan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and Member Learning Liaison Committee of the Provincial CPPCC, and organized by the Periodical Office of Culture and History Vision, we launched a learning video column - Open Class of Committee Memberin the CPPCC Cloud for CPPCC members and staff of CPPCC institutions at all levels.
