From the Two National Sessions in 2018 to the Two National Sessions this year, information technology and eco-environmental protection are two areas that Chen Xiaohong has been paying attention to.

For Chen Xiaohong, who has been studying the development of a two-oriented society for a long time, facing the rapidly developing mobile Internet, how to realize the digital transformation in the field of ecological environment protection by means of big data is one of the focuses of her attention during the National Two Sessions this year. “Future data resources will be as valuable as land resources. Intelligent monitoring, intelligent decision-making and intelligent management under the development of big data will have an inestimable impact on China's ecological environment.” Chen Xiaohong said.

As an expert CPPCC member, she has always believed that it is the CPPCC member's unshirkable responsibility and duty to be able to combine one's own specialty with the country's major needs, put forward suggestions and achieve effective results.

At the same time, Chen Xiaohong also placed special emphasis on practical application. Starting from 2017, Chen Xiaohong and the team began to pay attention to block chain technology.  Although its related applications are still at an early stage of development, its future application in banking, securities, credit investigation and other financial fields, as well as production, manufacturing, logistics, sales and other links, and its combination with distributed energy has a very promising prospect.

During the 2018 NPC and CPPCC sessions, Chen Xiaohong put forward earlier in the country the formulation of laws and regulations and industry standards that should strengthen the block chain. The proposal received high attention from relevant local departments. Special block chain development parks were set up in various parts of the country, which promoted the further implementation of relevant policies on block chain application.
